I was born and raised in Washington State, earned a business degree from the University of San Diego and was a licensed real estate agent in the state of California. I worked for one of the largest brokers in Southern California as a Relocation Specialist, connecting people with agents all across the United States. I have lived in 5 different states and have personally gone through 5 corporate relocations. Texas has been home since 2005. I have lived in League City, Beaumont, Dallas and now reside in The Woodlands. I love to travel and sailed around the world stopping at 11 different countries along the way. Spending time with my husband, three children and our Great Pyrenees rescue pup keeps me happy. I also am a runner and enjoy doing trail runs and training for half marathons. Lori Carr, Realtor Associate of BHGRE Gary Greene, is a native third-generation Houstonian on both sides who takes pride in being able to provide her clients with the knowledge needed to find the perfect home in Houston. A native of The Woodlands, Chip has lived in the area since 1981, when the fledgling community had fewer than 9,000 residents and only two elementary schools. Chip vividly remembers walking the muddy pit that would become Lake Woodlands at the "Bottom Of The Lake" party in 1985, and recalls riding his dirt bike with friends around the dirt track that would become Mall Ring Rd. around The Woodlands Mall.

After college, Chip and his wife chose The Woodlands as the place they would put down roots and raise their children. This decision was based primarily on the excellent public schools, and additionally on other Woodlands-area amenities like abundant natural areas, outdoor recreational activities, dining and shopping, churches and public institutions, and proximity to friends and family. Chip and his family have also enjoyed attending and participating in annual Woodlands events like The Woodlands Art Festival and The Woodlands Pride Festival, as well as the annual Fourth of July Parade and the seasonal concerts at Market Street and Hughes Landing.

Chip and his wife Jeanette live in the Village of Alden Bridge with their two children, three dogs, and two cats. In addition to spending time with his family, Chip enjoys taking in live music shows, traveling (especially to California's Wine Country), preparing lavish meals with friends, collecting rare bourbons, and supporting The Woodlands Pride organization.

Carla Castellanos was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico. She relocated to Dallas, TX in 2007 to pursue her career as a Financial Analyst. In the summer of 2014, she relocated to London, UK with her husband to focus on raising her family. She moved back to the US in 2017, this time calling Houston, TX home. She lives with her husband and three children and in her spare time she enjoys helping and being part of her community and is an active member of Junior League of The Woodlands. She was awarded Keller Williams Signature Rookie of the Year in 2022 after completing $3.5M in sales volume during her first year as a Real Estate agent. Having lived in four different cities across three countries, she understands the challenges faced when relocating and is passionate about helping others find a place they can call home.
