I'm a native Texan, born in Houston, graduating from Pearland HS. I worked in residential/commercial construction under my father, a local general contractor. My corporate business career (oil field, IT) ended after winning recognized clients and sales awards. I enjoy SCUBA diving, playing golf, cooking, and fitness training. Libby and her spouse, Lauren Taft, moved to Seabrook, TX in in the spring of 2021, where they are enjoying a slower pace of life on the water with their standard poodle, Axel. They are members of Lakewood Yacht Club and longtime advisory board members of Dress for Success Houston.
