Previous to RE/MAX I worked for First American Title and gained complete knowledge in the closing process of every transaction as well. Heather Leidelmeyer is a Real Estate investment specialist who has proven experience in acquisitions, rehabbing and property management. She knows how to assess properties needing repairs, determine the costs to make improvements and get a property ready for a thorough preinspection – a skill at which she excels. Honest, responsive, and hardworking with a focus on the commercial and luxury markets, Heather takes the time to get to know her clients and find out what matters most to them so that she can keep their best interests at heart throughout their transactions.

Before becoming a Realtor, Heather owned a hospitality sales firm for 11 years where she worked with architects and designers in making design decisions on a large scale. She gained the ability to listen to her customers and to address their wants with the appropriate solutions. She learned how to stage properties from working with designers which benefits her clients and gives her an advantage over other Realtors. Later she worked for one of the nation's leading property investment firms. She was the Houston market team leader who was responsible for helping acquire properties, supervising rehabs, and overseeing all management of the properties for the firm's individual investors.

Born in Kansas, Heather has lived in Houston most of her life. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston. Her love for Real Estate began when she worked with a commercial investor and developer when she was in high school. In college, she took Real Estate courses and worked for a commercial property management firm. She officially joined the industry when her husband opened a property management company based in The Woodlands and has benefited from the advice of her mother-in-law who is a successful Real Estate investor.

Heather and her husband reside in Magnolia, Texas with their active teenage daughter and son. She spends most of her free time attending sporting events and cherishing family time.

Jerri Comer works as a full-time Broker Associate/Realtor in the Houston and Greater Houston area and has over a decade of experience as a Realtor. Since joining RE/MAX in 2013, she has been a consistent top producer and has been in the RE/MAX Executive Club (2014,2017,2020,2022), 100% Club (2015, 2016,2018,2019,2021,2023) and RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She was a Five Star Professional Rising Star for 2017, and holds her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) and CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) Designations. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Comer received her B.S. from The Ohio State University in Chemical Engineering. After a career as an engineer, she taught mathematics at Lonestar College before becoming a full-time Realtor. As a former expatriate living in Cairo, Egypt and Moscow, Russia, and an extensive world traveler, Jerri enjoys working with clients from all parts of the world. She spends her non-working time with her husband, three sons, daughters in law and three adorable granddaughters. She also loves to play her violin, walking, biking with her husband, and traveling. Comer believes in providing personalized and excellent service to her clients and enjoys a constant flow of repeat and referral business. My love for Real Estate started early watching my Dad turn a distressed property into a beautiful home. As I grew older, I graduated high school and went on to get my Associates degree in Business and obtained my Real Estate license. Over the years that I have been a Realtor in the Houston area, I have become well versed in many avenues of real estate from helping first time home buyers locate the perfect home for their family, assisting sellers in successfully selling their home for the highest amount possible and moving on to their next chapter in their lives, to purchasing foreclosed properties and restoring them to above and beyond their original glory. I have also spent a large portion of my career working with investors both small and large looking to generate rental income, as well as helping renters locate a house within their budget in the areas that they desire. My extensive exposure to such broad areas of interest in real estate make me a valuable asset to anyone needing a Realtor for their real estate transaction. I was born and raised in the Houston area. After a lengthy home search in various communities around Houston, myself, my husband and two kids landed in the Magnolia area in 2008. Our goal in our home search was to find a forever home for our family to grow with, and create wonderful lifetime memories. Magnolia was the perfect landing place for us, and we have thoroughly enjoy living in the Magnolia area.

My former position as a client service director for one of the nation’s top veterinary specialty practices gave me years of experience in assisting people in emotionally stressful situations. And although buying or selling a home is hopefully a happier venture than a critically ill pet, it still can come with stress.

To ensure a successful experience, I utilize my talent for guiding people through unfamiliar and emotional processes, as well as my skill and experience in negotiating, understanding and explaining contracts, and remaining calm under pressure. My motivation for a career change to the field of real estate evolved from my passion for the housing market and helping people achieve their personal goals. It was time for a switch from helping clients through unexpected and unwanted life changing problems, to helping make dreams come true.
